September Kraft Girl Layouts- Take One

I honestly LOVED the September Kraft Girl kit. I think I gasped a little bit when I opened the box. The colors were right up my alley and sooooo versatile. At first glance it may look like a back to school kit but trust me it is so much more. I don't have any kids in school and I could barely contain the ideas of how to use this.

I made 5 layouts this month. I'll post two today and the other three tomorrow.

Sun & Fun

note: Alphabets are NOT in the kit.

I love using embrodiery floss on my layouts. I have a stash from my cross stitching days and I'd hate for it to sit unused. I stitched the spirograph sun with bright yellow floss. Instructions on how to make it will be on the Kraft Girl Kits site soon.

Journaling: A day at the splash pad brings smiles and fun in the sun. Keep splashing. June 2009

3 months

I had some more fun with my circle punches.

Journaling: Here we are at 3 months or 14 weeks pregnant. We're officially in the 2nd trimester. I started feeling better around 12-13 weeks which was a welcome change. I felt yuo move for the first time too. I don't think I will ever tire of that feeling. I haven't gained any weight but if history repeats itself the pounds will come in the second half.

Love the layouts! Your spirograph is awesome! I didn't use any back to school pics either because we haven't started yet...it is such a versatile kit!
