Halloween Treat bag toppers
A couple of years ago I bought a Making Memories Halloween paper kit. It had ALOT of goodies in it. I made a couple layouts. I made 2 mini Halloweeen albums and still had lots left over. I am a stickler on using scraps so I put together 10 little Halloween treat bag toppers.
I apologize that the photos are not the best quality but it is what it is :)
